Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm, is looking for a Client Services Administration Team Leader to join their talented team in Bath.

You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day work requirements of the team in relation to administration and the service delivery to advisers and end clients
  • Responsible for the investigation and resolution of complaints, queries, and breaches
  • Develop a market leading service delivery operation, working with the Service Delivery Manager
  • Ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard and within the specified SLAs

Your skills:

  • SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bond knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving, including persuasion, and influencing skills
  • A financial services qualification would be advantageous
