Our client, an ethical and sustainable investment services firm, is looking for a Client Service Executive to join their Bristol office.

You will be:

  • Managing the client facing administration process to ensure a timely and efficient client experience
  • Acting as the main liaison between the investment team and the operation teams
  • Providing end to end management of account opening, on-boarding and transfer processes
  • Supporting the quarterly portfolio valuation processes
  • Maintaining client support systems and data

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a similar role within Financial Services, Investment or Wealth Management
  • Experience managing administrative staff would be desirable
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments
  • Grades A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Willing to undertake further professional qualifications
