Our client, a leading specialist in investment management and financial planning, are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join a dynamic team within a reputable wealth management environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting clients, ensuring a seamless client experience through high-quality administration and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries
- Provide accurate and clear responses, reports, and correspondence to support client understanding
- Support client onboarding and manage client files in line with company and regulatory standards
- Prepare client portfolio valuations, statements and manage client records on internal systems
- Support invoicing, fee matching, reconciliations, and client status changes
- Manage daily office operations including handling post and correspondence
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc projects
About You:
- Previous administration experience is desired
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills (minimum GCSE Maths and English A-C / 5-9)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with database and client record systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive problem solver and critical thinker
