Our client, a leading specialist in investment management and financial planning, are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join a dynamic team within a reputable wealth management environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting clients, ensuring a seamless client experience through high-quality administration and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries
  • Provide accurate and clear responses, reports, and correspondence to support client understanding
  • Support client onboarding and manage client files in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Prepare client portfolio valuations, statements and manage client records on internal systems
  • Support invoicing, fee matching, reconciliations, and client status changes
  • Manage daily office operations including handling post and correspondence
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc projects

About You:

  • Previous administration experience is desired 
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills (minimum GCSE Maths and English A-C / 5-9)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with database and client record systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive problem solver and critical thinker
