Our client, a successful wealth management firm, are looking for a Client Service Executive to join a leading wealth management firm’s front office team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing administrative processes, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries and administration queries
- Efficiently manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, account amendments, and quarterly reporting
- Liaise closely with investment managers, clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate administration
- Support the investment team by gathering suitability information and preparing client documentation
- Attend client meetings and lead discussions on administrative matters
About You:
- Experience in a similar environment with an understanding of end-to-end client administration
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and financial products/services
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Previous client-facing experience and/or team leadership is desirable
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths at grades A-C
