A leading financial services company is looking for individuals who go above and beyond when delivering exceptional customer service. They are particularly interested in speaking to those who have had prior experience in handling complaints and are confident at assessing and analysing root causes to help improve their processes even further. 

Your responsibilities might include:

  • Investigating and resolving reportable complaints, ensuring the right customer outcomes
  • Analysing root causes of complaints and risk events so that any failures to meet customers’ reasonable expectations are identified 
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to current working processes and procedures within own team
  • Undertaking preliminary assessments of information, documents and requirements including sourcing information, technical inputs and other research
  • Interacting with internal and external customers efficiently in order to convey a positive image of the business

Your skills and experience:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Good people and interpersonal skills to build up effective relationships at all levels internally and externally 
  • Ability to work well and keep calm under pressure 
  • Ability to understand the needs of our customers and be focused around customer outcomes
