The Role:
Our client, an award-winning financial services firm, is looking for a Client Adoption Consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Heads of Sales to ensure the adoption of the agreed service is fully embraced within the businesses that have signed with the firm
- Collate and use reports from the firms secure site to establish training requirements of external and internal users and implement the required training programmes
- Provide support to the Client Services Team by taking ownership of and resolving complex queries
- Use reports to establish system development requirements and issues and liaise with internal stakeholders to address them
- Maintain professionality when engaging with internal staff and management
Your Skills:
- Experience within financial services is desirable
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Able to effectively manage own workload and use own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
