Our Client, a leading professional insurance company, is seeking a Claims Technician to join their dynamic team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in claims handling to take on a varied and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer new claims: receive instructions, open files and triage
- Assist Adjusters with investigations and enquiries
- Proactively manage file lifecycles, including diary and caseload management
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling
- Produce and support the drafting of technical reports
- Monitor time reporting, billing, and internal systems compliance
- Support wider account management and handle incoming calls and invoicing
About You:
- Experience handling and managing claims caseloads
- CILA or CII qualifications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skilled in relationship and stakeholder management
- Proactive, target-driven and flexible regarding occasional travel
