Our Client, a leading professional insurance company, is seeking a Claims Technician to join their dynamic team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in claims handling to take on a varied and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer new claims: receive instructions, open files and triage
  • Assist Adjusters with investigations and enquiries
  • Proactively manage file lifecycles, including diary and caseload management
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling
  • Produce and support the drafting of technical reports
  • Monitor time reporting, billing, and internal systems compliance
  • Support wider account management and handle incoming calls and invoicing

About You:

  • Experience handling and managing claims caseloads
  • CILA or CII qualifications
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Skilled in relationship and stakeholder management
  • Proactive, target-driven and flexible regarding occasional travel
