A market leader in Legal Insurance is looking for a Claims handler to join the rapidly growing team. The claims department is at the heart of what the company does, so someone who shares the same passion for customer satisfaction and efficient processes will be highly desired here.
· Proactively manage allocated cases against a variety of claims to ensure that these are managed in line with company and legislative environments
· Maintain high levels of service delivery and customer engagement
· Manage the customer experience throughout the claim life-cycle efficient whilst demonstrating compassion to customers
· Provide concise and accurate information to our customers, business partners and internal customers
Your skills and experience:
· You will ideally have some experience with Claims, however if you had financial services or insurance industry experience then we’d love to hear from you
· You will have experience dealing with the general public and understand the importance of delivering high customer service
· You will have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
· You can take initiative, and come up with new ways to improve processes and practices
