The role:
Our client, a Top-100 Law Firm, are looking for a Business Change Analyst to join their Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their career in a leading international law firm that offers great benefits.
Your responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Transformation team and providing support on projects
- Set up and chair meetings, making note of decisions made
- Testing the software and processes whilst capturing and reporting back the results
- Create and maintain task lists to follow up on agreed actions
- Understand the benefits of online technology
Your skills:
- Interest in understanding technology and how it can be used to improve processes
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Desire to develop and progress
- Some knowledge of law firms and the delivery of legal services would be beneficial, but not essential
- Strong communicator with logical mind set
- Ability to work in a team and and independently
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft platforms
- Experience of Visio is an advantage
