Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Boardrooms Receptionist to join their team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Welcoming visitors to the office and registering their arrival
- Answering and transferring calls to the correct department as well as taking any messages
- Keeping database up to date
- Managing daily operations of the boardrooms including room and equipment checks
- Assisting with events held in the office
Your skills:
- Experience working within customer service in a client facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent IT skills
- An enthusiastic and proactive individual with great attention to detail
