Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Boardrooms Receptionist to join their team.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Welcoming visitors to the office and registering their arrival
  • Answering and transferring calls to the correct department as well as taking any messages
  • Keeping database up to date
  • Managing daily operations of the boardrooms including room and equipment checks
  • Assisting with events held in the office

Your skills:

  • Experience working within customer service in a client facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent IT skills
  • An enthusiastic and proactive individual with great attention to detail
