This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing bids function, working closely with the team to implement best practice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bid logs, trackers, and capacity planning tools
- Provide regular reports and updates to key internal stakeholders
- Lead and support project workstreams focused on improving bid processes
- Manage and maintain a central content library, conducting regular updates
- Project manage the full bid lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality submissions
- Build effective relationships with colleagues across departments
- Format, edit, and proofread bid documents to a high standard
About you:
- Understanding of the bids process within a business or professional services environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and suggest improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to communicate at all levels
- Comfortable with data analysis and using tech to improve workflows
