Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the account opening and amendment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Track and monitor client cases, liaising with investment managers and professional intermediaries
- Process and bank client cheques, ensuring timely application of funds
- Maintain and update money laundering documentation to support risk management
- Provide administrative support to investment managers, improving efficiency and client service
- Advise investment managers on correct documentation and procedures
About you:
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with account opening and amendment systems (e.g., Quasar, RID) is advantageous
