Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity in financial services?

Our client, a successful wealth management firm, are looking for an Administrator to join their team and support investment managers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the account opening and amendment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Track and monitor client cases, liaising with investment managers and professional intermediaries
  • Process and bank client cheques, ensuring timely application of funds
  • Maintain and update money laundering documentation to support risk management
  • Provide administrative support to investment managers, improving efficiency and client service
  • Advise investment managers on correct documentation and procedures

About you:

  • Strong numerical skills and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with account opening and amendment systems (e.g., Quasar, RID) is advantageous
