Although we have always tried to stay ahead of the curve at Flair, we certainly didn’t realise back in January just how relevant our last talent event ‘Surviving Disruption’ would be. Our industry has been shaken along with many others, but we have done our best to adapt. With so much out of our control, we have focused on what we can influence – daily communication and support across the team (whether furloughed or not); updating our clients and candidates; motivating each other to improve our skills, well-being and fitness, and above all keeping a collective sense of positivity.
We are beginning to see some very welcome ‘green shoots’ in the finance and legal market, with new roles now coming through.
These encouraging signs have given us the confidence to bring a valuable team member, James Robertson back to work now. He will return to the office along with Ellie Luxton who has continued to work diligently throughout lockdown.
