We make sure only relevant CVs are put forward to you, and we spend time preparing the candidates for interview so they don’t waste your time. We strongly believe that a great relationship between Flair 4 and the client is the key to long term successful recruiting. We work with you to make sure we understand how you like to recruit, what the roles are, what sort of culture exists etc. Lunches and dinners in Bristol and Bath’s many fine eateries are an enjoyable and less formal way to catch up and keep the relationship strong.
