Here is some background on each of us:

Office & Support

• Leah Burrows, Director – Founder of Flair 4! She started working from home and developed the business and its ethos so it now has a great reputation in Bristol. Since the birth of her daughter, she now works part-time but can't keep away and is always on the end of the phone.
• Harry Burrows, Director and co-founder of Flair 4. He provides strategy and vision for the team, and also looks after IT issues.
• Sarah Tiltman, Director. She set up the Bath office and has now taken over the reigns from Leah of running both offices.
• Claire Archer, Senior Recruitment Consultant. She is an all-round asset to Flair 4, providing a point of contact for temp queries, and running a perms desk too.
• Karen Lamb, Recruitment Consultant. Current holder of Employee of the Year title! She is a fantastic member of the team, proving highly capable and full of energy. Definitely a rising star!
• Samantha Hall, Trainee Recruitment Consultant. A recent addition to the team, Sam made a fantastic start by making a placement in record time, and has since gone from strength to strength.
• Nissa Amatmountri, Recruitment Consultant. Full of energy and enthusiasm, she has relished the challenge of recruitment and shows huge potential for the future.
• Jane Deane, Recruitment Consultant. Jane has returned to the Bath office after giving birth to a baby girl. Her wealth of experience and commitment to the job are invaluable to the team.

IT & Exec

• Dola Shodimu, Director. He leads the IT & Exec division, managing James.
• James Roberts, Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Hardworking and professional  - a ‘rock’ in the team.

Accounts Queries

• Robert Markham. ‘Uncle Bob’ to us (as he is Harry’s uncle!). Give him a call with any accounts/invoice queries.
