How it all began…

Flair 4 was set up by Leah and Harry back in June 2004. Leah started by working at home for the first 8 months, until Sarah joined and they could move into their lovely offices on Whiteladies Road, Clifton. Claire, Nissa and Sam now complete the team. Flair 4 has established itself well in Bristol, and has developed a fantastic reputation amongst jobseekers and clients!

The team grew quickly, and due to the success in Bristol, the Bath office was opened in September 2006 by Sarah. She now works with Jane and Karen – between them they are trying to burst onto the Bath recruitment scene. They have already made quite an impression!

There is a genuine enjoyment of the job for everyone in the team – hard work is rewarded and we make sure we bond regularly and have fun. So far, we have sunned ourselves in Valencia; scaled the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and climbed the challenging Pen-Y-Fan in the Brecon Beacons. Most recently we have been to Innsbruck, Austria - experiencing the breathtaking views
